“Outstanding after sales. About a year ago I bought a pair of Veja’s shoes for caving from ”Buranchetto". The same after just two uses have a defect. I commu­nicate the fact to the seller who sends me back to the manu­facturer who has the shoes sent back to the factory for repair. When the shoes come back, the first re-use they still show the defect .. Now discouraged, I try without having too many hopes to get reim­bursed for the purchase convinced that I will lose the capital invested for an unsuitable item and to my great surprise I am contacted by the designer and I find myself cata­pulted into the “consultancy” for the real­ization of the new shoe project … one year later (due to a pandemic) I receive a box with the new Veja’s shoes completely renewed in materials and design .. Regardless of the result of the new shoes, thank you the company @BUR­ANCHETTO for the seri­ousness and assistance received, the manu­facturer @ MERCOLEDÌSANTO for the flawless after-sales and the management of the problem. A special thanks to Eng. Glauco with whom I enter­tained commu­nic­ations in this period … Hoping to see us all in the cave. Greetings Giorgio."
